Patchwork Denim Flared Jeans

 FINALLY after months of not getting the attention they deserve, I’m finally blogging about the patchwork denim jeans I made.. In New England we don’t get a lot of sunlight in the winter, and it’s way too cold and muggy out to go outside for a photo shoot. Please excuse the fact that these aren’t by any means the best photos.

Fun Fact: I made these jeans using denim I bought from the thrift store. If you’re going to make a pair of patchwork denim jeans, I would high recommend buying denim from the thrift store. It will save you a lot of money and it’s a sustainable practice.

I would also advise that you make your squares large. I made small squares for my front legs, and it took FOREVER. I spent countless hours cutting and sewing those tiny squares.

My Favorite Fall & Winter Outfits

As a child I always thought fall began on the first day of September, winter on the first day of December, spring on the first day of April, and summer on the first day of June. Well that’s not true and autumn begins on September 23 this year. Nevertheless the weather has been getting cloudier and colder already. There are 19 days left until summer is over, so people are undoubtedly beginning to think about their fall/winter wardrobes as a consequence. I have yet to share most of my favorite outfits on this blog, due to the facts that: It’s usually cloudy where I live and there isn’t usually good lighting My IPhone camera quality makes everything look soooo much darker and greyer than they actually are. Back to School Outfit Ideas From a High School Senior

  This summer flew by disappointingly fast. It’s hard to believe school is going to start again in under three weeks. I will be a senior this year, which is pretty nerve wracking. However, one thing that isn’t nerve wracking for me is outfits. Fashion is my passion, so I’m confident in my ability to put together a cute outfit.  I should preface this post by saying that fashion doesn’t matter to most high schoolers.
