My Favorite Fall & Winter Outfits

As a child I always thought fall began on the first day of September, winter on the first day of December, spring on the first day of April, and summer on the first day of June. Well that’s not true and autumn begins on September 23 this year. Nevertheless the weather has been getting cloudier and colder already. There are 19 days left until summer is over, so people are undoubtedly beginning to think about their fall/winter wardrobes as a consequence. I have yet to share most of my favorite outfits on this blog, due to the facts that:

  1. It’s usually cloudy where I live and there isn’t usually good lighting

  2. My IPhone camera quality makes everything look soooo much darker and greyer than they actually are.

However today was a sunny day and I had access to a better camera, so it’s blogging time!

If you’re looking for more casual yet feminine outfits, my back to school outfits post will be better for you. In this post, I will only be showcasing my favorite outfits.

I love these two Liz Lisa dresses because they scream fall:

An orange skirt with a floral print is a fall fashion staple. Thick knit sweaters are also perfect for keeping you toasty on colder days! The top and skirt are from Liz Lisa, and the boots are from Madrag.
Not only is this sweater incredibly girly and cute, but it’s also very versatile in this color. I styled it with a blue winter Liz Lisa skirt I acquired secondhand. It also makes a great monochromatic look when styled with this tweed skirt.
If I could send you home with one item on this list, it would be this skirt. It is the ultimate winter skirt, and might be the ultimate winter item too, if you’re interested in the girly style. Currently I am styling this amazing skirt with the softest baby blue knit top, and the famous Twin Bears Knit Top. Both, as you might have been expecting, are from Liz Lisa.

Note: Any items that were not linked, with the exception of my brown boots, were bought secondhand. If you happen to know what collection these items are from, I’d love to know!
